This policy applies to all Give Industries activities and operations in all areas of our electrical contracting and maintenance services. This policy shall be reviewed on an annual basis.
Give Industries is committed to maintaining high levels of customer and community satisfaction through consistently providing safe, reliable and efficient services with a focus on the needs of clients and community.
In support of this commitment, Give Industries will utilise a practical but comprehensive project management system to track our practices and seek continuous improvement in quality. This will be central to the delivery of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
To accomplish this Give Industries will:
- Ensuring systems, processes and work practices reflect all relevant standards and laws
- Maintaining ISO:9001 certification
- Determine our clients’ key expectations and actively seeking feedback to assess our performance and improve our clients satisfaction
- Take appropriate action to identify, investigate, report and resolve all non conformances and take timely action to prevent recurrences
- Regularly review the management system to ensure its relevance and contribution to the efficient operation of our organisation
- Evaluate and review the quality performance of our subcontractors and suppliers, and communicate quality and compliance issues with them
- Provide education and training opportunities to our employees to continually improve their skill
We shall ensure that all our personnel understand and fully implement our policies and objectives and are able to perform their duties effectively.
